Restaurant L'Ardoise

This restaurant was a real discovery. the menu' of the day surprised me (epate' as they say in france) for the care in preparation and for the associations of flavors: appetizer with cheese and honey crouton; the main dish (for me vegetarians) a cucumber puree with a potato tortine, with beans in sauce and salad bed, a real delight; sweet, baked apple with syrup to the fruits of the forest. all for only 13€. when the good gets married with the beautiful at a fair price

has an encablure of the road cholet - the rock, direction chauché is this restaurant. all dishes are available on slates from the entrance, to the dessert and the main dish. the tables are wide but the slates too. business meals or private meals, you will find your account. The food is good, the meat is tender. the menu of various wines. I'm going back every time with pleasure.

the concept of serving all dishes at the same time on a slate is a real time saving when you are held by a schedule but the risk of eating one less hot. Clear and modern room. friendly welcome. prices very correct and quality at the appointment.

We enjoyed the fact that the bosses accept our family meal on a Saturday. (restaurant closed in normal time)
