totally unexpected we were in Strasbourg as wel in this restaurant. But what a surprise!! Guillaume is really an exceptional chef with surprisingly good combinations of ingredients. And Jean Baptiste is a great sommelier who's choosing his wine perfectly by the dish. Although the restaurant has just opened his doors, the experience of the team was noticeable. Absolutely delicious and creative cuisine!Visited one evening and had the "surprise menu", which consisted of 4 dishes, all delicious and well presented. The cuisine is French with some Asian inspiration. We asked for a vegetarian meal ahead and it was excellent as well. The sommelier is very knowledgeable and friendly and recommended great wines. I can't wait to go back!
Here you can eat great french haute cuisine. It's not cheap but the dishes are great so you'll get good value for your money. Very refined cooking. Since they opened two weeks ago the menue is not so extensive yet. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. One of the best experiences I had. Don't miss the chance to enjoy great food!
It used to be a gloomy Italian trattoria and it has been changed into a bright, cosy place serving a well executed French cuisine. All good in there except a bad smell coming up from the toilets downstairs; I assume we've just been unlucky that day and it is fine the rest of the time.
