Ricky's All Day Grill Walnut Grove

We came here for brunch today, Friday. We were seated right away. The servers were friendly and polite. The environment was quite comfortable and ambience was causal. We sat down and had a cup of coffee immediately. <br/ <br/ We knew what we would like to order. We quickly placed an order. It didn't take too long that the food came out from the kitchen quickly. We had traditional bennies, breakfast club and farmland's favourite. All of them tasted great. <br/ <br/ Ricky's offered a great variety of breakfast on their menus. They were competing with Denny's. Both Ricky's and Denny's have similar dishes but their price points were different. Ricky's cost a little bit more than Denny's. But the ambience, environment and interior design at Ricky's were a bit better than Denny's. It depends on whether or not you would like to spend a little bit more on Ricky's. <br/ <br/ This Ricky's has a big parking lot outside. Great location and it is convenient. We wouldn't mind to come back here for brunch/lunch/dinner.

We've eaten Ricky's at Willowbrook and loved it. The food here was awful! The beef stew was burnt, so it was salted in an attempt to hide the burn. The radical bacon and cheese burger had no bacon in it and when they brought out the bacon, it was dry and tasteless like it had been sitting in a heater for hours. The burger itself had no taste. My son ate and went to the bathroom to wash his hands. He ended up vomiting. I vomited as we got home from the bit of food I ate. I'm honestly hoping that none of us get food poisoning!The only redeeming thing about today's visit was we had a good waitress, Tatiana.

Decent breakfast but a bit pricey. I had to add salt to everything to give it some taste. Had stuffed hash brown without bacon which was shredded hash browns with spring onions, sour cream and cheese. I felt the potato was a bit undercooked. My husband however loved it. So it's just personal preference. The Benny was good once salt was added to it. My pancake with whip and strawberries had canned strawberries which was a bit of a disappointment. I wish they were fresh. The pancake itself was really good though. Service was amazing and very friendly.

We love coming here for brunch bc the food is always delicious with great quality. There is never a long wait and service is consistently great.
