Ristorante Bindella

Very good quality italian cooking with friendly service in a well maintained restaurant. We had a family meal here for four with two teenage children arriving early which was no problem. Two of us shared the beef carpaccio which had plenty of parmesan, the aubergine...starter also very nice. We took a truffle taglionni which was very good, a scallopine vitello also good, a ravioli with ricotta and a lemon sauce where the filling was divine but the lemon hit a little too strong and my daughter also has some allergies so they made a spaghetti al pomodor with roasted garlic. Very kind, adaptable and tasty. Deserts were also nice, semi fredddo was good, the chocolate ice cream excellent, outstanding coffee (advice from the wife). We also had a really really good red wine by the glass, a Rosso di Montalcino. Service was very friendly, attentive, a new chap had started with them and doing an excellent job. Word of caution, it is not cheap, it is Switzerland so expect to pay for four. Very enjoyable though

We went to Bindella for an evening dinner, and we loved every bit of it. The interior decoration nicely balances a century Empire style room with items from the Thirties and the Fifties, giving Bindella an elegant yet slightly nostalgic atmosphere. We started with...a rucola salad with pine nuts, and a mixed salad from the buffet. Both tasted delicious. As main dishes we had ordered the Rossini beef filet and a beef steak on artichokes. It took a while to get served, but this was probably because the restaurant was almost full, and my wife surmised because the food had been freshly cooked. Both dishes were absolutely delicious. We had ordered glasses of Santa Cristina and Cannonau, which graced the flavours of the dishes. Portions are justly sized, so don't binge at Bindella's but enjoy delicious food and know you'll wish to go back to the place. It's not cheap, but this is Switzerland

A business dinner with colleagues can be made or broken by a restaurant’s experience. The meal at Bindella was the one element that added value to an otherwise jejune business dinner with platitudinous and obsequious colleagues. The fried calamari dish was well done and crispy....The beef carpaccio with black truffle shavings really tasty. One is to commend the waiters for excellent service and pleasant handling. Will come back. Merci

Business Dinner with several guests; nice place with authentic atmosphere; Italian cuisine; one of the only open places on monday evening; had the scaloppine with truffels, very good dish; starter was mozzarella served in a bit dry way but also good taste. Place...can be recommended

Is not the first time to go to this Restaurant and we never been disappointed, everything we ordered was delicious and the staff working there were very attentive with us
