A cosy place with more than a hundred year history. Started with an enterprising wine-trader from Lombardy who had once been saved by his Moorish servant from the robbers. On settling down in Giubiasco, Mr. Biaggini started this restaurant and named it "Del Moro" in order to honour his courageous friend. The current owners are constantly improving the design of the restaurant and the quality of dishes. Novelty - a wood oven with a pizaiolo. Quick service and good food. Worth visiting.

Came here for our daughter's birthday. She wanted to eat Chinoise so off we went to Giubiasco. Meat is fresh and plenty, all sauces are home-made, french fries not at all oily, just perfect, my daughter enjoyed the rice as well (I'm not a fan),...you also get caramelised chestnuts, red onions etc. Staff is friendly, very good service, clean. I must try the cordon bleu sometime, seems they have a super one. We really enjoyed our dinner and the wine that we ordered.
Very standard restaurant for the area. We ate both lunch and dinner there. I recommend the Ticinese appetizer (great meats) which was reasonably priced. Most everything on the menu was francs or more so don't expect a budget meal.
