Very design restaurant located in the middle of nature at the foot of the dam. really beautiful and refreshing in the middle of a particle. we arrive (19h) and are welcomed by the kitchen team "in pause" on the climb of stairs, cigarettes in the mouth. We're almost pushing them to pass. The state of the chef's blouse shows us that he works...with panache!Very nicely, we're only told to go get a table for 2 "down there"...Super, the menus are on the table sets. good idea!We were quickly served for our dish (a very good omelet and burger without interest, full of chemical sauces). but waited for more than half an hour to get our dessert! It was also the case of all this wing of the terrace..Description of the dessert, the apricot crumble: cooked apricots and, crumbling on it, an old soft redhead! all warmed up to the micro wave (there is not the same temperature everywhere). I didn't believe it! Fortunately, there was a group of Spanish musicians of great quality... a pleasure in such a vegetable environment! by paying, we were able to enjoy the very busy and well-lined cuisine! as it is a shame! it is clear that there is potential...but only offer a menu and made it with good products and pleasure...it will change the whole deal!!!
