Rosajola - Tisch reservieren

A restaurant that I would call exceptional. Probably among my best memories. Reservation for my birthday, we were alone in the restaurant at the end of the season. A gentleman of great kindness who spontaneously lent a sweater to my father who had forgotten his. We've taken a tank board for 4, huge quantity and rare quality. We could have made it our real dish. For the aperitif, the gentleman put the pastis bottle and told us to take what we wanted. Same for the wine. The beef coast we shared was maturation, a delight. We're shamefully calé while we're big eaters at the base. The boss offered us dessert, digestive and even cakes for my birthday. We felt like we were in the family without being forced. Low hat, thank you for this moment. Go and see the eyes closed (see a sweater and cash).

If there were more than 5 stars I would have given them. From the atmosphere, to service, to the quality of food, all perfect. Really one of the most beautiful dinners I've ever had. The place is quiet, romantic, quiet, with a beautiful sunset in the evening. The few tables and attention to detail help make you feel at home. It must be booked compulsory. Cheeses, meats, meat, desserts, myrtle of the house.. All spectacular! Recommended their dessert of the house (it seems to be called floating island Rosajola). Go!

Unbelievable discovery! We had a great time! Excellent cuisine with quality products and especially in good quantities! What to say from the host who manages a master-service and kitchen hand, without waiting all this in an idyllic frame. And to finish digestive offered! Best place in Corsica where to eat excellent grilled meat, exceptional fried potatoes, meat cutter and really good cheese. Low prices and exaggerated portions! Come on!

Delicious bbq’d meats and what a lovely owner. The setting is amazing as well.
