Great location with a rude, arrogant service. We have been coming to this restaurant on weekends for years and it is at least 3 times that we have problems with the head waitress who yells in slang and does not listen to the customer's wishes. Last time wrong dishes have coming and she did not accept that she made a mistake. The dishes were not even touched and she still wanted to put them on the bill. A real shame because despite the beautiful place and the good food this way you lose customers...
Very very bad service. We were a table of 14 people having a company event and got shush down multiple times while having normal group discussions and fun. It was absolutely unacceptable the way the lady behaved towards us and to be honest I’ve never experiences such a thing before!! they kept forgetting to fill up our glasses eventhough we would ask. The food was average.
Kann sehr empfehlen, diesen Ort, um den Besuchern die Aussicht zu zeigen und einen Drink zu haben, kann aber nicht wirklich das Essen empfehlen. Für den gleichen Wert erhalten Sie viel besser (tastier) Schweizer Küche. Der Service war für einen solchen Ort akzeptabel.
