A few weeks ago with my wife dropped for a much needed date night and we were pleasantly surprised. We had some appetizers in a nearby restaurant and decided to stop for a few sips, and that turned into a glass or two, or four. They do not invent the wheel, but the concept is quite simple and allows you to taste a lot of different wines. Not only that, but the Burger and Brussel shoots were great. Definitely something to try if you've never been, and there's something to do to you, that's just a little different than anything else in the area.
This is a great place! So fun to taste so many different wines in small quantities and at your own pace. The whole concept of the place is fun and unique. The food was also delicious. I ordered the butternut Squash Ravioli, which was big. Review a 4 stay instead of 5 because I felt that my part of food for the price was quite small. Could have two portions! I think it's better for apps and wine than the main meal. Overall, this is a funny date night spot and I will be back!
Good concept and atmosphere. Several basic problems that need to be addressed to make it better. The high top chairs are extremely uncomfortable and need to be replaced. Can't sit in them for more than 5 minutes. Some of the wines were not properly chilled and were somewhat luke warm. Food was pretty good. Ravioli and tuna both tasted good. Overall easily correctable things but very important to the experience.
Attended a private wedding reception in the Winter and had to come back for dinner in the Summer. Great atmosphere and creative spin on classic dishes help anchor this great gem located right on the river. The wine is amazing as you would expect but don’t count the cocktails out they are refreshing and imaginative in execution. Friendly service and cozy atmosphere. Look forward to returning with friends.
