HORRIBLE Customer Service. They wouldn't give me their names. 10/1/22 Saturday closing time. The girl who wears her hair in a messy bun on her head made a terrible drink and when I came back for her to fix it they wouldn't because it was too close to closing. The guy at the register hadn't even closed the doors yet and there were 20 people still in the shop. I asked if they could please fix the one drink and they refused. I will NEVER spend money at this one again and all three of these kids obviously were not trained in Customer Service. Starbucks management needs to check into this store. I have never been treated with a more dismissive attitude at a Starbucks. This girl messed up the drink and wouldn't even look at me when I politely asked her to fix it. They didn't even try to hear me. Awful feeling at the end of my day.
Unfortunately, I've been here many times in the 10+ years I've lived in the area but I only come here when nothing else is opened. I try hard to avoid this branch. I rarely get my order quickly. Compared to all other Starbucks this one for some reason is extremely slow. My orders are always simple, cold brew, cap, Americano etc. But I rarely get my order in under 5 minutes be it mobile or walk in. I know I'm not the only one. For example a woman ahead of me yesterday was flabbergasted to have to wait 5 minutes for water. It was nearly 10 minutes before I got my grande cold brew with half half. Why??!? It wasn't that busy.
I?ve visited this location a couple times and customer service was fine, but the wait for a drink can be incredibly long. Like 20 min, I wish I was exaggerating. We were not the only ones waiting for their orders either. You?d get a better drink not very long wait time in other better managed chains. I probably won?t stop by here again even if I?m in the area
Update: amazing, fun staff, very friendly, and I got my order, perfect!!! Hurray for pumpkin season!!!!
