Steinbokalm is situated at the top of piste 29: easy to get to whichever way you are following the Hochkonig circuit. There is a large outside area and inside there is a choice of either the original building - old, traditional, timber built - or the new modern area with a glass wall showing one of the best views of the Alps I have every seen.Food is well priced and absolutely delicious. Waiters are competent and friendly.Atmospheric, attractive restaurant and, in our opinion, the best in the area
Great views, beautiful combination of modern and old decor with variety of sitting arrangement, nice outdoors sitting area and really good food and atmosphere!note- if you want a really good table you should probably stop by before to book a place as it gets extremely busy from noon.A must- visit in the region
This place seems heaven, really nice place, nice staff, and beautiful view. The food is really good. Make sure you get early, cause a lot of people are coming here! Sometimes there is a live performance (music).
This is a good place for drinks and lunch. We loved the modern decor, quick service and good quality food. Lively atmosphere with live band or 'Bauern aka Farmers Market'. Large terrace to enjoy the sunshine.
