Stephanie's Crepes

Woke up with a craving for crepes and stumbled upon Stephanie?s Crepes in Gables. I was so excited as reading the menu all the crepes, juices, and smoothies they offered sounded delicious. I must say the shop is quite small yet feels very homey and lookscute. They offer sit ins or you can order from the ?ventanita?. The service is okay not as friendly as I?d like but it was fine.I ordered the ham and cheese crepe and added mushrooms, the strawberry cheesecake crepe, and the sunshine spice smoothie. Wassurprised when the crepes arrived in a glass jar, but hey! we must try different thing, thought it was cool. However, as I atemy crepe realized this jar thing was utterly unpractical. In terms of flavor, I was a bit sad as I felt I had been ?catfished?.My final review is: strawberry cheesecake (7, very sweet , and the sunshine smoothie (7, refreshing , ham and cheese crepe (5,tasted like cardboard, flavorless and dry at the end of the day the saddest part was that these crepes were on the pricier side(spent around 45$ and for the price are def not worth it.

As much as this was hyped up, this was such a sad and disappointing experience. I expected crepes here to be made fresh with plenty of toppings. What we got were cold, old crepes that were tough, and the toppings were lackluster. I got the pastelitowhich is a guava and cream cheese crepe. The guava was just a small smattering of jam on the crepe, and it wasn?t even guava! Ittasted like strawberry jam instead which is quite disheartening. The cream cheese was nonexistent. They could?ve even put a bigdollop of whipped cream in the middle to make it better? The prices are way too much for how small the crepes are. These crepesare SMALL. Like 3-4 bites for a normal adult. I can?t imagine how small their actual petite sizes are. Prices for these rangefrom $10.99 up to $13! They would get more business if all of these were priced about $2 less. Overall super disappointed inthe quality and quantity of these crepes. I hope they improve as this would drive more business if it was better.

I travel a lot and I eat at a lot of different places so my experiences are broad and varied. In my opinion, this place has huge potential. I went for the Bacon, organic eggs and mozzarella crepes and it really did not disappoint. The flavour combinationswere on point, the crepes beautifully cooked with crispy bits around the edges. All served in a small glass jar which I thoughtwas a unique touch. Stephanie?s definitely gets two thumbs up from me and I would highly recommend it.

The service was amazing!! And the crepes was delicious. Don't look at the negative post! I been to many places and this place was delicious. Follow me for more cool spots like this one

Love the crepes here and the fact that it's mostly gluten free. The Oreo cookie one is to die for. For savory hot dog is one my faves ???? and the pesto!
