I recently tried the American Dream sushi at this restaurant and initially thought it may be too small, but it ended up being enough to fill me up. The high quality food was unlike anything I've tried before. For my second order, I went with the Chicken Hibachi and Spicy Roll combo. The chicken hibachi was delicious and I will definitely be ordering it again in the future. I can't wait to have the spicy roll combo for dinner. Overall, the Yamato chain restaurants never disappoint with their delicious food.
Very nice on the phone ordering and they were quick and the food was fresh. I decided to go pick up since DoorDash charges like $3 per item for delivery. I understand that’s how they make their money, but I only live 5 mins away so I just went and picked it up. Really liked the food. Everyone was happy with their food. They also have a drive-thru or walk up now which is really nice especially being Covid friendly! Great place to eat!
The owners/operators are always awesome! Super friendly and provide excellent customer service. The food is the best in town for what it is. Also, if you're a student and provide your I.D. you can get a free drink. I recommend the Yamato Udon Stir Fry.
Went here based on reviews. Not sorry for it at all. Friendly service. Gyoza was yummy and flavorful sauce, sushi was fresh and yummy I got the Fire Cracker, general tao's chicken was tasty also. Will go again before I leave Lynchburg.
