The Hatch Inn - Tisch reservieren

We stopped for a lunch as we had been to this pub before and had had a good experience. Unfortunately whilst the food was great, the service today was appalling. We had ordered a side of fries ith pur food, and it was soon obvious to us that the waitress had forgotten to order. That's fine, everyone makes a mistake, but when we chased the order we had no feedback on what was happening and more importantly no apology! After we had complained again because the fries still hadn't arrived. The bar manager basically blanked us, still no apology. When we asked for the bill, again no apology, we said we were not paying for the fries, again no apology, then the bill arrived with no service charge which we would not have paid anyway. But unfortunately us being honest didn't look at what had been tapped on the contact less and the bar staff had added service charge which we didnt realise and definitely wouldn't have paid for. Lesson learnt for us to check in future but for others attending the pub to be mindful of. Shame as food was good

We went on a Friday and had the most splendid waitress. We were a party of allergies, vegans,vegetarian and meat eaters. Oh and a dog. She made all of us including the dog feel really welcome. The food matched the waitresses standard, ensuring we all walked home satisfied and really happy. Dog had icecream. As it was international irish coffee day, they went out of their way to make a lovely irish coffee. Vegetarian options: Had the selection of side dishes and they were delicious Dietary restrictions: They catered for the various allergies in our group. Listened and checked with the chef.

Went for lunch. Although no table available when we arrived, we were soon settled and enjoying our lunch. Parking: The parking at the pub is very limited, so mostly on road nearthe pub, at busy times yu may have to walk a short distance from you vehicle. The roads are narrow so large vehicles may be a problem Price per person: £20–30 Food: 4
