One of the cleanest and nicest bowling alleys I’ve been to. However there were some issues: we made a reservation for four people which should’ve been $80. However they said we had to pay a $100 for some reason, and that we’d just get a $20 gift card to use. Not mentioned online anywhere and not a good policy to force your customer to spend more than they wanted to. Plus the guy at the counter said it’d be in the system under our name, but when we went to buy drinks, the bartender had to go back to the front desk guy and get him to make us a physical gift card. A lot of confusion and lack of training. We played pool in the arcade too. To get pool cues you had to trade in your ID. When we left, yes I forgot my ID. However, it should also be standard practice when you hand the cues back to the attendant, they give you your ID back. When I called a week later and asked if they had any lost IDs they said “we have a lot” and that there was a whole stack, so this clearly happens too frequently. They agreed to mail it back to me (in California) which I appreciated but it hasn’t arrived and it’s been three weeks. I genuinely don’t think they mailed it until I called back for an update. Anyways, place is great for bowling but be patient with the staff and be prepared to spend more than advertised. Left me with a weird taste in my mouth.
