The Village Pantry

We had to try it since all the good reviews, and you have guessed it didn't disappoint. We called on the way back from Southport at about 2:00 PM Ginger beer, and home made orange for drinks. We both had home made meals from the special menu which we rated as excellent. Of course we had to have a sweet (treat) almond, coconut and cherry roulade, different but excellent would recommend. My wife had stawberry chocolate cheese cake, excellent again would recommend. All food arrived quickly, well presented and very friendly service. The only disappoint we couldn't eat more- but they did take away (cake in a box)!

Nothing amiss here. Homemade pies, cakes, breakfasts and lunches. Will cook SW if requested. Their Eggs Benedict is delicious. Local produce available. Refreshments are made as requested. I only have a half shot, skinny Latte). And the staff are delightfull. I JUST LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!

Only place I eat on my day off. Having a restaurant myself I can taste the quality of ingredients on show. Soups to die for. Keep up the excellent work
