a spacious and comfortable room. A neat decoration up to the table with a different theme at each meal. We appreciated the proposed program: from the nadine guided tour of the market and the city of sarlat, to the discovery of truffles, from the cavity with snow and eric, to the demonstration of recipes based on truffles and foie gras until the exchange with the duck of barbarity that made us live his passion and values for his profession and his animals. And of course, we have taken a lot of fun to discover the stuffing of different dishes around the truffle and foie gras that nadine and eric have concocted us throughout the weekend. And above all, we loved the passion of all to convey their taste for respect for good products developed and processed according to traditions. It was a great experience: thank you
