Staff and service of the hotel truly outstanding, super friendly and almost no wish isn’t fulfilled. GM seems to greet every guest personally. Staff seems to be super trained and well managed. Rooms imo not worth the money, they still seem old and way to classy. Missing bag for wellness doesn’t seem to be an issue (it certainly was for us . Nothing to drink and no snacks in the wellness area, maybe Covid related. (We got some fruits upon request. Wellness overall very clean and inviting. La Brezza experience was stunning and we were blown away by the food and the staff. Shake salads in the restaurant named basement as well Super creative and tasty. But the burger in the basement was just a mess. None of the ‘designers’ of that dish ever thought how to eat this dish properly. Big minus overall is quality of coffee. Didn’t had a good coffee during the stay. In venues like la brezza i expect barista knowledge and some passion for coffee quality. Same with craft beer. Only one local brewery on menu. There are so many more! (We brought our own . I wish they would value coffee and beer the same way they value food wine. We were told that the launch of ‘moving mountain ‘ was to make a sustainable move, but were served strawberries, avocado, blueberries and so on wich were not seasonal and air lifted. Would make sense I. M. O. Not to buy food wich was transported by air. It is possible. Overall we had a really great time, but the tschuggen is to stiff and old school for us.
Update: January 2022. This remains an exceptional hotel. Staff and service are excellent. The ambience in the hotel is wonderful. Special mention to Anne (Irish lady in Spa), she is dedicated, friendly and wonderful. My favorite hotel worldwide. —— Original review: Warm and Impeccable service from everyone I encountered. The level of service really exceeded my expectations and all staff were dedicated to looking after their guests. I was made to feel very welcome. Breakfast is wonderful, the La Vetta restaurant is outstanding and should not be missed. The private mountain railway is something really unique. Wellness are is really special. I was traveling with a dog and he was made very welcome too. Thank you!
dieses Hotel ist absolut fantastisch. es gibt nicht genug Superlative, die es bekommen könnte: erstaunliche Lage, absolut über perfekten Service. der persönliche näherte sich so, so großzügig und so hilfsbereit und schön. das Frühstück war das beste, was ich durch Farbe hatte. das Spa ist einfach fabelhaft, der private tschuggen express ist ein ausgezeichnetes Erlebnis. Ich bewundere das Auge für das Detail, die ordentliche Atmosphäre und die ganze Erfahrung, vom frühen Morgen über das Abendessen 'bis in die Nacht (wenn sie ihr Bett auf ihrem Schlaf vorbereiten die Zimmer sind herrlich 10 von 10 (und ich würde mehr geben, wenn es gab, hatten wir die erstaunlichste Erfahrung und würden gerne zurückkommen
einer der besten Hotelaufenthalte, die wir je hatten. 5 Tage mit der Familie verbrachten (zwei Eltern, zwei Kinder im Alter von 9 und 11) und die Situation, die Bequemlichkeiten und den Service wäre nicht besser gewesen. mit der Privatbahn, kostenlosem Shuttleservice, dem Kinderclub, dem fantastischen Spa und der großartigen Bar und dem Restaurant bin ich mir nicht sicher, wie diese Lage verbessert werden könnte. Es tut uns leid, dass wir nicht länger bleiben konnten. empfohlen unter höchstmöglichen Bedingungen.
