Auf dem Rückweg aus Kroatien haben wir noch ein paar Tage im Hotel Victoria angehalten. Wir wurden auf die Familiensuite aufgerüstet. Die Zimmer sind groß und verfügen über eine eigene kleine Sauna. Die kleinen Flecken an den Wänden konnten korrigiert werden und die roten, dünnen Vorhänge an den Fenstern (die Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss durch den Pool) konnte durch opake, dickere Vorhänge verbessert werden. Das Bett der Eltern war sehr hoch und die Matratzen waren viel zu weich für unseren Geschmack. Das Abendessen war sehr gut und der Kellner im Speisesaal war lobenswert (wir hatten Essen als Teil der Halbpension). Kleine Wünsche für die Kinder wurden natürlich umgesetzt. Das Frühstück war nüchtern. Hier sind wir bereits mehr an 3 Sterne Hotels gewöhnt. Geschirr und Gläser wurden schlecht gewaschen. Wir haben die Pools nicht benutzt und können nicht kommentieren. Das Hotelmanagement war sehr freundlich. Unsere Kinder mochten es. Zimmer: Sehr schöne große Zimmer. Zimmer: 4 Service: 4 Lage: 4 Hotel-Highlights: Kid-freundlich
After having had a good experience dining in the hotel's restaurant last year, but the service back then was rather marginal, we thought we'd give the restaurant a second chance, also because of the many other good reviews. To anticipate the result: We left after 15 minutes of waiting and trying to contact the staff. And before the hotel answers again that there can be waiting times at peak times: No, it wasn't very busy, instead the two waiters only looked after the hotel guests, who had arrived a few minutes after us, but for that but the ordered drinks were already on the table before we left after waiting 10 minutes to at least ask for the food and drink menu. We were handed the cards at the counter, service at the table: none. We used the 15 minute wait to reserve a table at another restaurant. In any case, we felt like second-class guests in the Viktoria's restaurant, perhaps also because, unlike the other guests, we had children with us?! Service: 1
A hotel of the extra class! Everything perfect! The rooms are very nice, big and clean. The food is outstanding. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. Huge buffet and very good coffee. The service and friendliness is more than excellent. Great pools, saunas and infrared cabins. Sometimes even in the rooms. Huge bathroom, large shower and large bath. The Berg-Romantik-Suite is a special highlight. 100% recommended. Rooms: Everything new, clean and big. High quality equipment. Furnished with love. Food drinks: Large portions, freshly prepared and best quality. Rich wine offer. Noteworthy details: The owners are great hosts!!!
