Was there for lunch. I was not allowed to order the Chili sin Carne without acidic cream... I asked what they were offering to a vegan. I have tomato salad and pommes as the main dish. It does not help if the supplements are labeled vegan, but there is no vegan main dish. The service was 100% what vegan means.
My friend and I just had the best dinner in the canton of Schwyz: Risotto with Veggies and Beeffilet. It melted on your tongue, an explosion of delicate ingredients cooked at real perfection. We recommend this place. Enjoy your stay.
The decoration and furniture are not modern but everything is perfect and in perfect condition. The breakfast is fine but not exceptional. It's on the centre of Schwyz so location is perfect for visiting museums and surroundings.
Many restaurants offer only dishes that are by chance vegan or just give some ingredients. This goes the extra mile by adding vegan cheese to the recipe. A single court, however, is not so great.
