the sun in ash at basel is a typical Swiss restaurant, with excellent regional cuisine.No stars snowy, but groundy regional and seasonal cuisine.I had decided for the ass carving with seasonal vegetables and pommes.The porade of the schnitzels told me that here is cooked with sasssy, love to produce. the panade was pink, but still soft and buttrig. the most beautiful and beautiful.
