Great family hotel with good ski facilities (modern ski area with shoe heating), ideal location (3 min walk to the lift) and good restaurant (practice for family stay). Breakfast could be a bit more varied, but must be there for a good ski breakfast. Family room is good as you receive separate rooms for children.

We had a nice stay here. Room was comfortable and warm. Food was pretty good too. Cable car is nearby. We visited the lake and had dried our hiking boots in the ski area.
We arrived completely exhausted after a storm caught us on a hike. We had booked at the very last minute. They staff was extremely helpful and accomodating even though it was dinner time. The rooms were lovely not to mention the burger in the restaurant one of the best I've ever had (the bun was blended with croissant dough). The room prices were very reasonable. The food was a bit expensive but we know these are the prices round here. Overall strongly recommended

Hotel to avoid at all costs for families! Home detestable and very cold. Impression of the arrival of diving into the icy water of the Zinal torrent. Unable to accommodate a family with children aged 2 and 4. Service in one hour for a pasta dish. Broken cot not working and you are told that it is the fault of the customers and that you must leave the hotel because it does not suit them. Home never seen elsewhere! Really surprising. So we left the hotel with our two darlings without accommodation after 2 out of 5 nights bookedin the middle of July! .hotel that does not work to avoid absolutely! Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 2
