excellent kitchen. great ambiance. super flexibel service. Not to forget they have lovely wines at reasonble prices. during the week we stayed in that area we were there two times.
We had a lovely diner with friends at Au Chalet. Beautiful place, nice people and delicious food....and the Swiss wine we had was just perfect. We'll definitely will be back!!!
We had the huntsman meat starter which we shared due to it size. Excellent!We were thinking of having the fondue however at CHF54 each eg CHF108 (£77) for two people was rather pricey inc 200g of steak.The house 2012 Pinot Grigio was a lovely bottle.
I visited here with my family over the New Year and we found this restaurant so good, as well as great value for money we returned a few times!The staff are very friendly and quick to get your food and drinks orders so you aren't left waiting. The food itself is amazing especially the pumpkin soup which you will find under starters. All drinks were reasonably priced as well.Over all I would say if you are in the area definitely give it a try and I'm sure you wont be disappointed!
We went to this restaurant on the one night last week when our catered chalet had their day off. We were a group of 3 adults, 1 teenager and 3 boys aged 6, 7 & 8.There was only 3 or 4 options available for kids - our teenager and 2 of the kids ordered "hamburger and fries" - what arrived was some meat concoction (not a burger as we know it) covered in a tomato pasta style sauce of some sort (no bun) and some chips. 3 plates swiftly sent back to be replaced with the same meat concoction minus the strange sauce - the kids and us tried the so called "burger" and it was awful, so they just ate the chips. Our other boy ordered the lasagne from the kids menu and said it was the worst he'd ever had! The adults all ordered different pasta dishes which were fine but I wouldn't go back.
We went to this restaurant for a special meal called 'Le Chasse'. Pleasantly surprised as restaurant, recently refurbished, had great ambiance. I can't fault the service, the presentation, or the quantity.
Had several great meals here! Good food, great selection of pasta that the kids enjoyed, and all cooked well with good presentation. Would definitely recommend it!
Been here a week. Eaten in here most nights and found the food and presentation to be superb quality and great value. ( for Switzerland ). Would highly recommend it !
