Das Restaurant hat 15 Min vor meiner Buchung die Reservierung abgesagt. Freitag Abend und ich war mit einem Kind unterwegs. Das bedeutet, gerne reservieren, aber wenn eine Gruppe reinkommt, die mehr Geld zahlt, dann dein Tisch ist weg. Interessante Politik.
the food was great and the atmosphere was beautiful. the service was bad. at the beginning was good, but then we were left over 30 minutes after the main course without being offered a dessert menu. then we gave up and asked a waiter on two drinks. he said “yes” and after 15 minutes they had not come so that we gave up and asked for the bill. we had to wait again. it was strange when other tables got attention and it was not busy.
we had made the reservation a few weeks before and had not been informed that only the festive menu for an initial cost of €129 per person, average food quality, really nothing that justifies these prices. we were frustrated with the experience we certainly did not return
my party and I were reserved for the NYE experience. the food was good, but there was a lot waiting between the curses. it took 3 hours from the appetizers to dessert. there were no cocktail options to the menu. the room was quite full and warm. I think it was super expensive and intended for this occasion. it wasn't worth the wait time and I don't recommend it.
We had a really nice meal; the food was excellent and everything looked great. The personnel was so kind and we had a great evening.
