I honestly expected more. I took a soba soup, but it didn't really impress me, even though it was all good. Nice welcome and the local is very large and spacious a few steps from the train station.

I'm Japanese and passionate about Ramen! In Europe particularly in Switzerland it's hard to come by the real deal. And here it is with a twist of course.I loved the open kitchen, smell of soup broth in the air and stylish decor. Staff were cordial. The menu was awesome. Simple and focused on Japanese noodles with key appetizers. Many other noodle chains like Wagamama get distracted from the Japanese focus.Loved that broth comes in different flavors. Egg noodles were authentic and cooked al dente. Some toppings with a twist - new zealand mussels. Big hit was the Yoko Airlines kids Bento box ! Amazing . Cute umeshu plum wine bottles!!Hats off to owners and staff. Ganbatte! Keep it going. Come to French part of Switzerland please!
there are mainly suppe and few other things on the map.Man has a great selection to assemble the suppen themselves.But this is eating far away from good Japanese cuisine.The prices are overpriced for what is offered to me.From me there are two points because children are very friendly and the children's plates are beautifully made.As soup fan, I was disappointed but rigorously.
Whether ramen (in diw. variations,) salat or something from the grill. always fast, fresh and excellent.Super Japanese concept of young entrepreneurs raised and professionally implemented. on the fast something healthy eating.This assessment also applies to the 3 other farms in basel and bern.
We did not enjoyed the ramen here. you can eat better elsewhere and spend less. Ramen is expensive here. The one with beef has only 3 small pieces. wth!?
in the new post building are several restaurants that are competitive.The ambiente is (for me) comfortless, cold, not welcoming and not sociable.The service is very friendly, accommodating and almost exemplarily, there is nothing to write about.In a restaurant you go to eat and there we were unfortunately totally disappointed. de sushi is not freshly prepared, salmon has no more (about 19h15) and the foods could not convince us.
