Sunday afternoon, counted 28 guests in the restaurant, no one in the interior of the local. 2 young women in service. of the guests had 2 large tables already eaten and sat before the empty tellers. we ordered the card and asked to leave the obligaten garlic rim at the pizza. already the look of the service power that I would like to see that it is not 100% powerful. the table was not wiped, cutlery did not come. after 35 min then finally the calamari fritti. without cutlery, the pizza was not ready yet. to my note that we (to two) would like to have eaten together, I was unfriendlyly pointed out how much is going and that this is going to take. classic service error! After another 10 min then finally the pizza. with garlic rim and for it without wobbles (pizza tonno.) my thought has confirmed - you didn't understand me! I let the pizza go back because I didn't want a garlic and also no lust had to wait another 45 min for a new pizza.In the chaos prevailing in the gastgarten you could realize that the two service forces are striving, but have no idea of gastronomic processes. Otherwise, there would not have been 6 unoccupied tables that were full of empty glasses and shirred, as well as dissatisfied guests like us. training and further education could help!
