above average good, nothing extraordinary. service solala, portions normal, but prices far too high. 22 francs for something reis with poulet I already find limit value.

Here you eat well and fresh. the prices are reasonable (for Zurich),because the food tastes very well. from friedrice, knusprige porkbelly to pork teriyaki..every time I run the water in mouth. icy but very good!combination tip: kimchi (can be too sharp for some!- there helps a mango-sassi) and deepfried porkbelly with sojasauce-chillidip service specialists were always speditiwitiw and attentive.

typical zürich! open to 23.00!!! arrival shortly before 22.00 clock! door closed! when you simply call short information that opening times have changed! no sorry, nothing, just hanged! this is a good thing

Delicious food here! And top service! Nice service and help picking out if you don't get out of it yourself. Definitely a hit man!

On Friday May 5th we went there in a group of four. The place was crowded, we were between two couples and we decided to move to the end of the table...of the same table. Then the man in charge of accommodating people at the entrance came and almost started to shout because of our move. We showed him that we were not using more esparce, just using it in a more optimal way. He insisted that he was the only one to make those decisions. In the end he realised that he was overreacting and we stayed in our new places. That was quite unsettling, because as a customer you would expect a more polite reaction and not to be told off like a kid. Then we ordered our food. After 50 min we still had not received the food and the waiter realised that apparently the order had not gone through. Finally, they brought the plates one by one and one friend was missing his rice still. When asking for it at the same guy from the reception, he just responded "yours is not the only order we are dealing with, ok? " This was simply the cherry on the top. I was about to call the manager, but we were celebrating a birthday and didn't want to spoil the celebration...although that guy just did. The food was ok, but the experience was already spoiled by the horrible service provided by the person at the reception he should really improve his soft skills and stress management before working with people in a restaurant, otherwise we will not be the only ones who will never go back. I always go to Lily's in Langstrasse and the service is quite friendly. I wanted to try a different one that day, but it was a miss. I would never go back to this one though.

great tasting food, great service, very popular place - reasonable prices for Zurich. I had the vegetarian Dumplings and the fried udon noodles -very tasty.

I was here for dinner and ordered the red curry with duck. The sauce was decent but the duck, as you can see was just awful to look at and to eat. Service was good.

you pay the trendy look in the lily’s factory. It also has many young and hipsters who are dining there. eating is good, but there are better Asian restaurants in zürich and you don't get what you expect for the price. somehow you have the feeling, you want to score with the Swiss service, but what's beneficial to you when they run around totally confused or chatting around in front of the entrance door when you actually want to pay.
