The restaurant on the slopes of the third hill of Brissago, Piodina is amazing. The view is spectacular, the food is excellent and the service is fast, friendly and accommodating. You can go up or drive and parking is available. A reservation is recommended. It is worth a trip to relax, enjoy a beer and take a look over Lake Maggiore.
The view from this place is amazing. It is runner of 3 sisters who make it very cozy and charming. The path to Brissago is really nice (10 minutes drive). It's also a good stop when you walk. The menu is somewhat limited, but very tasty. We had the mushroom risotto and a bottle of wine.
Very nice place when you go from Brissago. It is also possible to go by car, but then it is less of a performance: P. Standard soft drinks, beer and so on. We had only a nice refreshing Gazzosa, but the menu also looked beautiful with a handwritten small table. The view from the place is also amazing. See attached photos: . Great view. Very friendly staff. Gpod a little simple food. Because of the higher altitude, also recommended for lunch.
A dream for any locals and even more for tourists and travelers
Great place. The food was excellent and also the service. And of course , the view is difficult to beat. You get the best seat in the house to the magnificence of Lake Maggiore.
We had an excellent family meal of risotto and wine. The portions were huge and service was good. We ate dinner after dark or otherwise would have enjoyed the beautiful views of the lake below.
