We wanted to celebrate an important event for our family, which we had mentioned in the reservation. Unfortunately, everything was destroyed by the attitude of the waiter. She overlooked us, forgot to bring the drinks, forgot about the bread, brought us full meals, instead of kids meals (and charged us accordingly), never checked on us, treated us with unnecessary superiority, etc., etc. Food was okay, nothing to write home about and, in my opinion, not cheaper than other restaurants in Geneva. We went for dinner and most of guests at other tables were ordering the fillets de perche. We ordered it as well, in addition to the pork. Both of them were overpriced and overcooked. But this is really not the problem. We were very disappointed with the entire experience, which became an experiment with our patience. We paid the bill (Buyclub voucher and more) and left the place perplexed.
Nous avons passé un super moment à l'Auberge... avec la chance de pouvoir profiter du très bel extérieur, abrité par cet arbre majestueux. Service impeccable, aucune fausse note, équipe 100% féminine très posée et réactive, très pro. Nous avons également très bien dîné, tout était fameusement assaisonné. Les desserts peut être un peu simples, mais ne manquant pas de charme. Merci pour ce chouette moment, à bientôt !
Petite auberge cachée en bas du joli petit village de Chambesy (à ne pas confondre avec le Relais de Chambesy!), bon petit restaurant repris par l’école hôtelière de Genève, carte relativement variée, bon plat du jours et service charmant effectué par les étudiants (es) de l'école sous la direction de leurs aînés. Belle terrasse l'été!
Everything was very good : starters , main dish and desert . Waitress were payed attention to us all dinner and the environment is pleasant .
I come here a lot - at least several times a month. The plat du jour is a great value, since the food is nicely prepared, flavorful and portions are well-sized. The lentil salad started is very tasty and they do a lovely fresh green pea soup with mint (so good, it's almost like a dessert). Main courses have all been good and desserts ranged from very good to nearly sublime. They showcase local products and the quality of ingredients is excellent.They attract a diverse crowd, from diplomats to construction workers, so reservations are highly recommended. If the weather's nice, you'll want to ask for the terrace. They have lots of umbrellas, as well as loaner hats, so a place for everyone.They also do special meals for holidays. We went for Easter brunch, which we all enjoyed. The staff are students, so sometimes one needs a bit of understanding. They are young, charming, and eager to please, which brings a nice freshness to lunch.Sometimes parking can be a bit difficult, since their small lot can fill up.

Cela fait un moment que j'ai entendu des éloges sur ce restaurant. Je m'attendais à un endroit spécialement charmant, un accueil chaleureux et une cuisine délicieuses. Eh bien, c'était ça! J'ai dégusté du saumon aux agrumes en entrée et l'omble chevalier à l'estragon en plat principal, très bon et très fin! Le service est si sympathique, que l'on pardonne avec un sourire des petits oublies. Je me réjouis de manger sur la belle terrasse cet été. À bientôt.
