Restaurant Là-haut Tisch reservieren

We travel extensively, eat often in one and two Michelin Starred restaurants. La Haut is deserving of a Michelin Star.The service friendly, the young woman who waited on us was truly delightful.Our lunch was spectacular to say the least. Two wonderful appetizers, followed by a fresh fish from the lake, very creative and beautifully presented and prepared.Desserts, of chocolate, and raspberry, and second one of apricot with white chocolate and sorbet.Followed by wonderful home made chocolates.The wines, rose' from the region, and white from the Valis were wonderful...I can not rate this restaurant high enough.We sat on the terrace overlooking the beautiful lake and mountains...There is none comparable in the area, including those in Vevey...We definitely will return....

The personnel and the ambiance was just the right mix of elegant and friendly. The food was delicious with several amuse-bouches, as well as mignardise. A small but tasty wine list. The restaurant was full and it was great to see that high level cuisine is recognised and given its rightful due. We will be back!

Service, food, location, wine, everything was excellent. We made the reservation online, it was very easy. Once we arrived we were cordially greeted, by a couple of wonderful waitresses. At first we were seated outside for our wine, and because it cooled down in the evening we were moved inside. They always came at exactly the right moment to refill our glasses, ask if everything was good, and serve our plates. It was the best meal we had around the whole lake.

Fantastic place. Food is made with love and passion and you can taste it. Beautiful view, perfect service...what else?We had a 4 courses menu that came with delicious and inventive "amuse bouche", perfectly cooked fish and meat dishes finishing with a beautiful dessert around apricots...without forgetting the mignardises with the coffee. This may come my favourite restaurant...I definitely need to confirm!

Cette découverte nous a enchantés . Non seulement l'endroit est impressionnant de par sa vue plongeante sur le lac, spectacle enchanteur, la déco, nette et sans fioritures est parfaite, l'accueil souriant, et alors, la cuisine, un vrai festival de saveurs, d'inventivité , produits de saison, frais , et de passer un lunch dans ce lieu magique nous a impressionnés. Mathieu et Milène vont aller très loin dans la gastronomie de notre belle région. Chapeau bas .

Le cadre est vraiment magnifique, particulièrement si vous avez la chance de manger sur la terrasse.L'accueil et le service sont irréprochables.D'une manière générale, l'ambiance est "classe mais pas trop".Les plats sont vraiment délicieux avec un travail d'orfèvre pour la décoration des assiettes. Bien entendu, l'excellence a un prix (pour la totale, comptez CHF 200.- par personne, avec les vins).En résumé, si vous voulez sortir le grand jeu, allez-y.

Cela fait longtemps que nous voulions y aller, sans jamais y penser au bon moment!C'est chose faite depuis hier soir, et nous en sommes très heureux!Un endroit magnifique, sans doute une des plus belles vues du Léman, une déco moderne, sobre et accueillante, une équipe souriante et serviable (quoi que parfois un peu lente), tout était là pour un bon repas...La cuisine du jeune Chef a été à la hauteur de nos attentes: Légère, goûteuse, de belles portions et un dressage quasi parfait...Et cerise sur le gâteau, une addition très correcte, ce qui ne gâche rien!Pour sûr nous y retournerons
