A very relaxing atmosphere, cozy dark and wooden colors of the interior and soothing lights; the place really blends in with the view. A lot of space between the tables, the chairs are comfortable. The staff is friendly; dishes are served on time.
i had an 8 course lunch with a group of 10 friends. the food is extremly fine and for each course they suggested us a special wine fantastic! the staff is extraordinary, well trained and very friendly. this place is a must to visit. take your time and enjoy it. Bert and his team merit the guide Michelin stars. suggest to make a reservation.
We went for dinner in Me Rawyl on a Monday and we had a great time. The decor is lovely reminding of a little chalet where the modern style meets the traditional. Food was great from start to finish with just the right size of the portions. I definitely recommend.
Immer und immer wieder findet sogar die meisten verstopften Reisenden etwas wirklich außergewöhnliches und unerwartetes. Das passierte mir bei Le Rawyl. Nachdem mein Mann meinen Weg schon durch die starren Einrichtungen von Crans gejagt hatte, sprach er mich dazu, etwas anderes zu versuchen. Und wie froh ich war. Außergewöhnliche Amuse Bouche. Perfektes Kochen. Lokale Zutaten. Sehr faire Preise. Ausgezeichneter Service. Der junge belgische Koch ist unglaublich. Er ist mindestens 2 Sterne wert, aber manchmal sind Sterne ein Fluch. Ich hoffe, dass Bert ein Gleichgewicht finden und weiterhin Kunden mit seinem unglaublichen Essen verzaubern kann. Das Quails-Ei mit Sommertrüffel und geräucherten Brotkrümeln ist in meinem Geist noch sehr präsent, wie die Chanterellen mit Zitrone und Fenchelcreme. Wirklich unglaublich. Bravo!
We had a wonderful dinner with our familiy incl 3 teenagers). Everything was right. Warm welcome. Nice spacious seating, excellent view on the valley. The chef came by before dinner to check if we had questions or need special attention we did as our son is allergic to some seafood). We ordered a 3 course menu, and the little snacks before were really setting the scene. Delicious little taste bombs. It is such a pleasure to see your teenage kids opening up to this haute cuisine. The taste, the serving and simply enjoying the dinner. The snacks were wonderfully adapted for our allergic son. We asked for adjusted wines, beside being very local they matched perfectly with the dishes. It was an excellent evening and to close: if your youngest kid says he has had the best dinner while we have been dinning at star restaurants, well done Chef Bert. Hope to visit you soon again.
We has a great dinner last night, beautiful menu with winepairing- The Chef really knows how to cook- and staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. Especially the asperagus and the slow cooked veal were excellent Worth a special trip!
