We always have a pleasure to return to this restaurant where the reception is very pleasant and the decoration of the neat tables. We took advantage of the seasonal suggestions. all the dishes flattered us both the eyes and the taste buds. We'll certainly be back.
a hostel like you love them, beautifully decorated and very friendly. a large selection of meats and fish. a charming dessert card and a very interesting cellar. What to satisfy the most difficult. a little eye-catching waitress and very friendly. We took the duck foie gras mixed on mango and acidulated juice and the roasted beef net on large salt, shallots and deer. dessert a chocolate truffle on red fruit compote and a dessert of the moment, sanded on strawberry bed and lemon sorbet. In drink an excellent Italian red wine "rudi salento de puglia 2014" for a very reasonable price of 40.- the bottle quality ratio price is excellent and we can only recommend this establishment.
we were looking forward to discovering this hostel and were disappointed. a start with a terrible service: the waitress had no idea of the wine map, nothing to advise and no glass wine to offer for the aperitif except a glass of vinzel hunting (commune in the region) or a chardonnay from which she did not know the origin, in red a bottle of 3,75 dl of hermitage crozes was served us too much at the price of a bottle, then the foie gras a good choice of cheese finally saved us from a very medium quality chocolate dessert and red fruit. spent cf 110 / person. At dinner time, at 8 p.m., the restaurant was empty apart from two tables. the elegant decor and the garden seems to be all that remains good reviews on this hostel. Would she have changed the boss or the owner?
Terrible service, the waitress had no idea of what composed the wine list, and almost no wine by the glass to offer, a 3.75 dl bottle of Crozes Hermitage served at the price of a bottle, pan seared foie gras on mangoes okayish, and the duck magret much too cooked. A decent selection of cheese finally saved us of a dessert of average quality. Spent CHF 110/person. At dinner time, 8 pm, the restaurant was empty. Elegant decor and garden is all is left from the good reviews of this auberge.

It was very good, and the frame is really nice, the service very well.Happyly we had a discount on the meal, because the prices are really too high for us. Next time we try the bistro side a little more warm and cheaper.
This is one of these hidden restaurants in a small Swiss village close to the French boarder. I found this restaurant via the recommended Michelin on the internet as I was looking for something great to celebrate with my partner. The food was really great and the service as well. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating. I have already plans to go back.
