nooch has improved her selection quite: momos, planted chicken poké bowls, planted chicken empura, green curry, yellow curry and seven species of sushi. all the food I tried was excellent. this makes it a top place for vegans. updated by previous review on 2019-01-05
A wide selection of dishes, and everyone looks delicious. The dessert was not amazing: they told us it was a special version of Tiramisù, but it did not look like Tiramisù. The rest was perfect, so I think it holds 5 stars:
My friend and I went there before a movie in the movies. We waited more than 5 minutes to sit and only if we wanted someone to come to a table. The waiters basically ignored us.... Finally, we were able to place our order, that was simple, 2 appetizers and 2 main dishes and we all asked how we had the film in less than 1h. They managed to get us the drink after a few minutes, but the sushi only after 15 minutes. Still the rest of the order was missing, we got the wrong order for Edamame and very average so-called "Japanese ramen". The food was tasteless, which gave the impression that the cooks never really tasted it for them to sell to customers. After 40 minutes waiting time, we asked after the bill without having anything near a real dinner or even what we ordered. The service was terrible, the waiters seem not really to know what they are doing there, and every customer is seen as burden to have others than a joy. I strongly recommend this restaurant not for someone looking for a relaxed and beautiful Asian meal. I just wanted to add that the tables near us shared the same unfortunate experience as they waited for their food for near an hour.
I'm here a lot of time now and it's one of the kindest spots. Staff are all wonderful and take the time to talk to you and make yourself very welcome. Talking English is not a problem. The food is amazing and on Monday they have everything you can eat sushi for a good price. If you want a great dinner with cool staff, stop here. I'm always back.
I really like the food in Nooch and I used to eat with my couple and friends, but yesterday was really bad, the manager in Nooch Mall Switzerland it is very rude! He has no sense of service or tries to be empathic with customers. I was there because I wanted to enjoy the promo of Eat, everything you can, and he doesn't want to give us a table that claims that the kitchen will be closed in an hour and there is not enough time to serve us (we were only 2) then we try to take away an order and he also wants to reject! Fortunately, an employee over there took our food job... and another customer next to us said it was quite normal because he is famous by having this rude attitude all the time It is really disappointed to find people like these in good places, because even you like the food I definitely think twice before I come back
In trip advisor says is closing at 22. We arrived at 21.10 ,but they told us the kitchen closed at 21. So, we finished at McDonalds, never fails. Thank you guys, maybe thats why your restaurant was empty, because your *hitty service not making any...effort.
