Das Hotel sieht sehr neu aus und liegt in der Nähe des historischen Zentrums von Garmisch. Ich hatte ein tolles Zimmer, das einen Kleiderschrank mit externem Zugang zur Luft enthielt, um nasse / feuchte / stinkende Kleidung zu lüften, eine großartige Idee. Das Zimmer war mit einer Küchenzeile ausgestattet und das Hotel verfügt über ein kleines Café/Restaurant, das ein großartiges Abendessen und Frühstück bot. Das Frühstück ist im Tarif inbegriffen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine kostenfreie Tiefgarage steht vor Ort zur Verfügung.
Gestern sind wir am Abend spontan auf ein Gläschen Wein in die Tagesbar des Biohotels. Eigentlich wollten wir gar nichts essen, doch die kleine, aber feine Speisekarte hat uns mit leckeren Gerichten angelacht, so dass wir nicht garnicht widerstehen konnten! Und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht! Die unglaublich freundliche und gut gelaunte Servicekraft (sie hatte hübsches Dreads) tischte uns ein kulinarisches Erlebnis nach dem nächsten auf. Bestellt hatten wir jeweils eine andere Hauptspeise, doch davor bekamen wir noch zwei "kleine Grüße" aus der Küche! Die beiden kleine Vorspeisen hatten es ebenfalls geschmacklich in sich. Die Kombination Service und Küche hat einfach super gepasst, so nett wurden wir in Garmisch lange nicht mehr umsorgt! Hinzu kommt das wirklich hübsche Ambiente - Tradition trifft auf Moderne - da kann man sich nur wohlfühlen!Kann man auch einfach mal für ein spontanes Essen empfehlen!
Wir haben das Angebot der Holzlodges mit Stube, Wohn/Schlafraum und einer Galerie mit Hängematte und Blick auf die Kramerspitze und die St.Martinskirche sehr genossen. Herausragendes Frühstück und eine kleine, feine Karte am Abend in der "Tagesbar".
Ein neues Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal. Alles unkompliziert. Frühstück war auch lecker und lies keine wünsche offen
I get that this isn’t for everyone, however the location is great. This is unique in that you can forget the outside world. There is no phone signal or 3/4G. But you have the option in your room to be “connected” (or not) mobile phones...are not welcome in the main areas and actually that’s quite refreshing! The lodges are gorgeous, you have your own kitchen, a wet room and two bedrooms, (one is bunk beds) all done out in pine! The views from the rooms are of the mountains and truly stunning! Breakfast was excellent, overnight oats with fruits, breads, meat and cheese fruit, with eggs served differently each day. We didn’t eat in the hotel in the evening so can’t comment on the food then. But you are close to the main town and everything else that Garmisch-Partenkirchen has to offer (which is LOADS) If you’re the outdoorsy type and like walking and exploring and mountains and gorges and beautiful lakes, this is a great spot!!
Everything was very clean,my husband and I felt very unsafe in Garmisch, and couldn't wait to leave. In the mornings we were woken up by the people in the next doorroom screaming Alllllaaahhhhhh. It suppose to be a healthy place to stay and all we...smelt was cigarette smoke coming through the small window above the door. Other than being clean o really have nothing good to say about this place. We were woken up every morning for house cleaning. They walk right in without knocking early in the morning. There are no signs to hang do not disturb.
Of course, you can stay and rent rooms at the quartier in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. But, there is also a nice and very modern bar for coffee and self-made cakes. Just go and relax with tea or coffee for a break: great.
We just left here after staying over 5 nights. The staff are super friendly and can’t do enough to help you and the food served in the small restaurant is vtasty. It snowed most the time we were there and the views of the surrounding...mountains are spectacular. The location is perfect, a couple of minutes walk to the town centre, a short walk from the Hausberg ski lifts and the Thomas Sprenzel ski school if you want lessons or for hiring of ski equipment. Our only regret is not staying longer. Would highly recommend. Thank you for a great time Quartier! :
