Un petit village suisse vaudois, un accueil super gentil et une cuisine extra. C'est ça le bonheur ?Un tartare de bœuf fait maison, coupé au couteau, dégusté avant pour correspondre à votre goût. Une viande hyper fraiche. Délicieux.

we went for dinner at the Restaurant au Sapin for our wedding anniversary. We knew that the menu is limited, but on arrival, we were told that there was a seasonal venison menu with a starter of pheasant pate and foie gras, medallions de chevreuil with a wine sauce as main a soufflé glacé aux marrons as dessert. We opted for this menu and were not disappointed - especially the quality of the meat of the main was very good. Our daughter (8 years) chose a lamb dish which also was not on the menu, and she was very pleased with it - the quality of the lamb was very good. We had a bottle of 'Leman Noir' (an assemblage of merlot, cabernet franc and one other grape variety) from local vintner Ph. Bovet - very good.

Une ambiance détendue et chaleureuse, une carte variée aux prix raisonnables, des plats du jour succulents et cerise sur le gâteau l'amabilité de la patronne et son personnel.Que souhaiter de plus?Merci!
this is quaint village auberge with a dining room and a bistrot-type part, and it offers a terrace during summer, though the terrace is no the street side. The menu offering a starter (grilled goat cheese with roquette or marinated trout Japanese style), main course (fish or braised lamb) as well as a dessert is good value and good quality at CHF 57, and that's what most of us had. The tartare de fera (both as a starter and as a main course) is also very good.. For the wine, try the local whites and reds from Philippe Bovet, a vintner literally down the road from the restaurant........
