We loved to have our lunch breaks at this wonderful hut with the most amazing view. Newly renovated - and as an extra plus - no stairs to the toilet (so great when in skiing boots!)
Recommended to stop here for lunch and were not disappointed. Gets very busy so be prepared to wait for a table, especially inside. Once seated, all good! Good menu, sensibly priced drinks - well for a mountain location and very friendly service.
Easy to access, perfect services for reasonable price and very friendly people. Enough of room for bigger groups.
We stop off at the Spannagelhaus at least three/four times each holiday... its slightly off the beaten track with its own ski run to get there. Goulash soup, garlic bread, washed down with gluwein and weisbier... lovely
They prepare tastefuly gulash every day, tne service is rapid and the atmosphere is warm. Do not miss the schnaps after the meal, it really worth.
Hidden a bit on the red 2 slope, so not too busy. Quality service and food provided, but cost more than the rest. Soups are excellent, big portions. TVs on the wall to follow sports.Staff is friendly and provide service and offers good meals. You can sit inside and outside as well.Quite a gem, with a beautiful view to the valley and mountains.
You have to ski to the Spannagelhaus but it's worth the small effort to get there. Recently refurbished and with friendly efficient staff. The menu is good value and very tasty and service is very quick. The toilets are even on the same level as the restaurant so no struggling up and down stairs in ski boots. Visit the caves too, the entrance is right next to it.
Super dining, clean, new, comfortable, all in top an not as expensive as on other locations an the Gletscher.
