Great bistro, excellent service, the Perche meuniere were outstanding and so were the french fries. Open sundays !
meals taken on the terrace that is rather nice even if for a village between traffic (cars, motorcycles and bell tower) you have some difficulty to really project yourself in the countryside. the waitress does the best and succeeds in much, while keeping the smile. Where it's going to be spoiled, it's at the food level, and we're going to the restaurant to eat, among other things. very mediocre, too cooked (sniffing demand received to a point,) tasteless (a sole what,) served with vegetables that would depress a clown and a gratin to a somewhat doubtful taste without I can however succeed in saying what was not going to be...Brussels, you must not have done the hotel school to serve a dish like this but if at least it was a bit of a passion the other guests were also disappointed.
Called in here after visiting the chateau for wine tasting. The patio is just perfect covered by plates that provide shade from the sun. The Auberge is directly opposite the bus stop so it is easy to find. We drank a glass of local Gamay Swiss wine. Service was very good.
We went to dinner in this restaurant quite by chance. in this pretty village of the Geneva suburbs, beautiful terrace. very nice reception and service in kindness and goodwill. small green and mixed salad with a delicious soft vinaigrette. Very good salmon tartar. I've opted for a calf head. served in two services. Absolutely delicious! cooks perfectly, delicious short broth: a great moment of the calf's head ravigot sauce. it is rare to taste such good. homemade desserts at very reasonable prices such as cream burned and fresh pies. A nice address to remember. we'll be back
ratio quality price not terrible, the map is restricted, positive point some good vintage of the region especially the castle of crest is excellent.
Sunday's beautiful day prompted us to want to eat on a terrace at noon. A first full restaurant, could not serve us. Randomly rolling, we arrived at juicesy in front of this inn that bloomed well the countryside. terrace not ready because of the wind and freshness, we still ask to be able to eat outside. waitress, aurélie (name on the ticket) prepares a table in the minute. we order a bunch of perches, a tartare sauce, since for 4 weeks we have been tasting every time we go to the dish restaurant that we particularly appreciate. We have good addresses. We receive a velvety of perfect carrots. Then came the two plates accompanied by mixed salad. And there, pffffff a marvel. The preparation of the perch fillets was superb, the sauce with just what it takes to tip up. the tartare sauce also beautiful. It was so good that instead of taking a dessert we recommended a supplement.Trop good! Thank you, bravo and see you soon.
Great food, wine and service on the terrace in the shades. I would recommend poelé beef tartare with fried and filets de perche. I would definitely go back.
