Sunday's beautiful day prompted us to want to eat on a terrace at noon. A first full restaurant, could not serve us. Randomly rolling, we arrived at juicesy in front of this inn that bloomed well the countryside. terrace not ready because of the wind and freshness, we still ask to be able to eat outside. waitress, aurélie (name on the ticket) prepares a table in the minute. we order a bunch of perches, a tartare sauce, since for 4 weeks we have been tasting every time we go to the dish restaurant that we particularly appreciate. We have good addresses. We receive a velvety of perfect carrots. Then came the two plates accompanied by mixed salad. And there, pffffff a marvel. The preparation of the perch fillets was superb, the sauce with just what it takes to tip up. the tartare sauce also beautiful. It was so good that instead of taking a dessert we recommended a supplement.Trop good! Thank you, bravo and see you soon.
