Quite simply the worst attitude I have ever witnessed, and I've spent 20 years in the restaurant business. I live in Schaffhausen and it's embarrassing to think this is how guests to the Rheinfall are being treated.
25 minutes until we got a drink. we had to call to order. Eating was okay. but nowhere we come back. so is the setting of the personal. I'm sure they won't come anymore. so we don't have to be friendly either.

Due to some misunderstanding they brought us the wrong drink, and we immediately returned it, and the guy (Tamas) still charged us for both drinks. Anyway it was finally not at any loss for me because the guy basically lost his tip . I have come across such instances in the past and it was never charged to my bill. In fact once my wife ordered something in a restaurant in Venice but she did not eat because she did not like it, and they did not bill it.
personal sometimes unfriendly, not cooperative, arrogant! we were there on 7.6. with a small group and experienced a shameful treatment.
