We have been here twice - 2015 and 2017 - as the finishing dinner for the annual gents ski trip to Ischgl.It is just great. The interior reflects the 5 star hotels ambiance and the food is a good match. We had various steaks prepared and all just yummy.Additional bonus in 2017 was the singer who was as good (and talented) as the food itself
I had the chance to stay at the Hotel over Easter with a friend so I went there for a couple of nights to in a row. Food was always very well prepared and meet cooked to perfection, I had one night a special entree with shrimps and avocado, absolutely delicious! The sides like asparagus, French fries (pommes allumettes) and Sweet potato fries really yummy. The portion of the asparagus could have been more generous considering the price, it was 5x small asparagus, I actually asked why so little and they told me 5x asparagus is correct! However our neighbour got 6x. what is going on?. Please be more generous on the sides! The wine list had a very good selection but more of the very expensive ones over 100EUR were on stock. Every night we asked for a bottle for red wine around 70 -80 EUR and we were always told it is the last bottle or not available. Our neighbours at the other table also complained that only the expense wines were available. As the Hotel was closing soon after we left I believe that they were out of stock. Staff were very friendly, helpful and professional but not really organised. Obviously not enough staff in general and not well organised, reactive. We had mostly to pour our own wine and 3x different waiters across in one evening. The experience could have been easily perfect considering the excellent food but the expectation is to pay extra for everything and not enough staff and good service delivery to justify.
Ein tolles Restaurant im außergewöhnlichen Designhotel Zhero.Die besten Steaks (vor unseren Augen gegrillt), die wir seit langem gegessen haben. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!
Das Essen war gehoben und dem Hotel angepasst.Der Preis ist auch den Standard entsprechend.Bedienung sehr freundliche und entgegen kommend.
The restaurant and the food was lovely! I very much recommend to have the rib-eye, absolutely perfect. The drinks were also great, lots of ice and great atmosphere! I def recommend this place for a great dinner.
A very posh place with appreciable food. However, from a restaurant in a 5 star hotel, I would expect the waiters to get your coat (not hang them over the chair), to get bread on the table in under 15 minutes, to be asked for appetizing drinks, to get the food in a decent time (not 35 minutes), to have the waiter remember who ordered what and get the order right and to get your wine glasses refilled when empty. Sadly, we didn't get any of those.Expect to pay extra for everything.
tolles, super nettes personal !sehr leckeres essen in modernm stilvollem environment im gehobenempreissegment. Musikalische dezente Livemusik. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Restaurance in a luxury hotel with a cozy and shiny atmosphere. A great service, a decent wine map, typical of this kind of menu restaurant, which is beneficially different from most pops tourism restaurants in Ishgl and Kapple.
