Ieri sera passeggiando per puro caso siamo state attratte dallo stile elegante e raffinato di questa pizzeria. Il personale cordiale e solare ci ha accolte con fare tipico italiano, abbiamo gustato le vostre prelibatezze e siamo rimaste esterrefatti dal sapore autentico della pizza,eccezionale. In diesem Lokal passt einfach alles. Die Bedienung ist nett und das Ambiente ist schön. Die Speisekarte bietet hauptsächlich Pizza, aber auch einige Ausweichmöglichkeiten für Leute die Pizza nicht so sehr mögen. Aber glauben Sie mir: Probieren Sie die Pizza. Es handelt sich für mich persönlich um die beste Pizza die ich je gegessen habe. Preislich für ein Pizzalokal ein wenig teuer, für diese Qualität jedoch vollkommen angemessen. Komme immer wieder gerne!
Very happy that Via Toledo opened in Vienna's 8th district. With a perfect corner location just off the Alserstrasse, the owners and staff are pulling out all the stops to carve out a clear niche in a city with lots of people trying to do the same. The pizza crust is the best ever, and the toppings are fresh, delicious, and in just the right proportions. The diverse salads and appetizers are much appreciated — crisp and fresh vegetables — and a extra cool selection of fritti that is fun for kids and grownups alike.Here's what sets Via Toledo apart, though — the management. Even though service can be slow, and sometimes people with kids get all crammed together in one area of the restaurant, I have been consistently impressed by the owner-operator presence. One example is regarding the omnipresent "Augustiner" activity in Vienna restaurants. As in many places in Europe, people coming into the restaurant and essentially begging from table to table is common. Via Toledo's management manages this occurrence efficiently, redirecting the beggars from the dining area and providing them with a small box (presumably a meal) to take out. This is such a high level of sophistication in management — it takes the burden off of the diners to juggle their own consciences while dining, takes charge of the situation, and also shows compassion in an appropriate way.In another totally different situation, one time the manager passed by where we were seated and took a moment to ask us how our food was and whether we noticed anything in particular about the pizza crust. When we replied that it was delicious, he told us that they had experimented that day with a new formula that was either gluten-free or vegan (I can't remember which). The nice things about that included: caring enough about food quality and service to ask, trying new ideas, and an interest in providing options for alternative diets in a traditional setting.I would love to see a couple of pasta selections on the menu (even basics), but find the menu overall to be very inclusive of different tastes without losing its core competency: Pizza. We have had some challenges when dining there with the kids, as the kids are usually freakishly starved and we've experienced lost orders and slow delivery at times. However, the food quality and great management overall keep us coming back regardless! The decor and ambience is top notch and we just love coming to Via Toledo!
Die Pizza ist einfach ein Traum, die beste napoletana Pizza in ganz Wien!!! Der Teig ist einfach perfekt . Egal was ihr bestellt bruschetta, 'o cuppetiello, .... es ist alles ein wahrer Genuss und schmeckt wie in Italien. Ihr müsst auch unbedingt das Tiramisu probieren, es ist himmlisch! Das Lokal ist sehr schön eingerichtet und das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne, ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen!
appena stati, locale carino, alcuni camerieri gentili, altri austeri, si mangia bene MA CARO. esempio 5 euro una bottiglia d'acqua è troppo !
Sono stato attratto dalle recensioni e dalle foto su tripadvisor e,devo dire,le aspettative sono state addirittura ampiamente superate.magnifico il locale.è palese ci sia dietro un eccellente lavoro di design.la pizza è strepitosa quanto a impasto e qualità degli ingredienti.la annovero tra le migliori pizze mai mangiate.la cordialità,la gentilezza e l'attenzione al cliente da parte dello staff rappresentano una splendida ed adeguata cornice ad un quadro praticamente perfetto.ottime anche la torta caprese ed una mousse di fragole gentilmente offerta. piacevolissima anche la chiacchierata finale con lo chef e con un suo collaboratore.credo che meglio di così non si possa fare.bravi!
Pizza e pasta veramente all'italiana, quindi ottime ! Ho mangiato la verace, avrei messo meno condimento, comunque la pasta della pizza buona alla napoletana ! Consigliassimo !
