This restaurant's host is Thai. Tom yum kung is very good. Eating Thai noodle can feel the fragrance of coriander.

We've stumbled upon this place and we decided to try it out. The access is easy from U4 or even from Mariahilfer with a bit more of walking. From outside it doesn't look like anything special, interior is also not the high pitch modern art :) but that's not the part of the game. The atmosphere was nice and calm. Staff is friendly and very attentive. FOOD: was just excellent, we've eaten the best Tom-Kha-Gai soup so far, in Vienna. It had all that amazing flavor and taste with exotic touch. All the ingredients were fresh and tasty. Then we tried the duck with ginger, and that was also great, everything fresh and delicious. (even the well cooked shiitake mushrooms :)

We fancied some spicy food for a change and this restaurant was a short walk from our hotel.Ambiance was a bit lacking (rather like being in an old schoolroom - maybe we were!) but the welcome was warm and the service speedy. We shared a very spicy chicken satay to start - very good. You could specify your own level of spice for the main courses, which is a good idea. Crispy duck came with perfectly cooked vegetables and a perfect level of spice (medium requested). Thai Red curry (medium to hot requested) was tasty but actually less spicy than the duck dish! Most enjoyable meal.

Visited on rainy day, so we had to wait for opening. Nice ambient, good food. Only complaint was around Pad thai was too blend. Duck was perfect.

I needed an asian meal, so we found Bangkok Vienna a little off the beaten track, but the walk to get there led us through some inter-connected courtyards that made the trip kind of intriguing. We really enjoyed the tempura shrimp, spring rolls, sweet+sour pork, and the shrimp garlic with peppers.

Meat and veggies are fresh and delicious! So was the fried rice. Fruit and some other items were from a can - otherwise would give 4 or 5 stars.

We come here because reading of the reviews in the here. The waitress is very friendly and speak very good english.. totally agree with some of the reviews that is more like chinese version of thai. Springs roll and fried tofu is very nice. Was surprise i enjoy the fried tofu. My main is the crispy duck red curry. The meal is very nice but the curry sauce is quite little. They serve the curry in plate not in bowl. They also have free wifi but need to ask password with the waitress.

We enjoyed our lunch. Spring rolls and fried tofu for starters were nice. My chicken cashew had a different twist from the ones I eat in Thailand, but was very nice. The crispy duck red curry was nice also. Portions are very big, you need to be a big eater to finish it all, I didn't and left most of my rice as the chicken cashew itself was to nice to leave over a lot. WhenIn Vienna again, would certainly return.
