Do yourself a favor: go eat here! We went to the Peffermühle for the first time today and it was AMAZING in one word! The ambiance, very attentive and friendly service and especially the more than delicious food surprised us. I can recommend the short Ribs! At first I expected some kind of spare ribs, but no, they are slowly cooked beef ribs. Lots of meat, pulled meat (if you're Dutch, you'll understand what I mean , and an amazing, reduced sauce, almost glacé. Insane! And the desserts are also lovingly prepared and of refined quality. So: treat yourself to an evening of refined yet Burgundian food. We would like to come back again.
