were in agnesbründl this afternoon! the food was in order, but not a high! prices fair! children playground available and well maintained. because of the nice walk- have broken up from the cobenzl (about 40 minutes to go) a successful outing with children in meadow!

I know this gas house as a destination after a small walk from cobenzel from almost 30 years ago. on Sunday it was for the first time our goal with family between 23 and 84 years, this time in mind the not so good to foot people from the grias di gott wet parking over a narrow asphalt road in about 20 minutes. it was a very successful outing, the gas house on the beautiful large bay meadow as in my memory. as it was very hot on the terrace even under the sun umbrellas, we chose a table in the shaded garden behind the gas house to the agnesbründl. the service was very friendly. soaked from beer to the elder blossom juice. the selection of the spears is amazingly large and tasted the generality (slope with herb, grammeal, grill spear with magnificent ofenkartoffels, salat with chicken strips in the pumpkin core coat, burnessel spinat with roast potato and mirror egg.) the large meadow offers itself for families with children to play - in addition there are other daneels. nice excursion destination in the green yet so close to the city and without car traffic, as it is only accessible to foot.
I was on a Sunday with family in the Agnesbrünnl and we were best served. that a small weeping baby and a large child car was there, was not objected! Also because of the beautiful play area with large meadow you feel comfortable with children! authentic wiener interieur with matching paintings. drinks were very good (super faßbier and homemade pork juice have convinced.) chicken carving was juicy and very good; grilling maybe a trace too long on the raw - but tastefully good! very happy again!
I am surprised by the previous reviews. I think that the sun doesn't seem to be every day.because I've earned the agnesbründl as a target of a small hike. I was around the island: very nice shady restaurant behind the local (before the local sun terrace) very interesting drink card; use of high quality products; ecologically oriented (own clearing system; managing water from the owner source ..) very friendly operation. great for children - small animal park with pigs; donkey; horse; voliere !. please consider them; access only to foot or mountain bike. walking time from the cobenzel about 45 minuuten (light walk; mostly flat,) access from the fishing house (parking) max. 15 minutes .
Nice location, food ok, nothing special. but extremly rude waiter. Avoid the waiter with huge shinny cross arround the neck. He is a jerk and a reason that we never come back again!
a must visit earlier. from 1965 to this year. now long wait for the service, longer wait for the order and longer wait for the bill! as big as you get. You can eat it right now, taste like it used to. therefore we have discovered a new real gas house- griass di a gott- 35 minutes further, a true joy!
Its a great Place a bit outside the city. The food is very good. It just may take some time till you get things you ordered If it's a busy day.
