Came here the other night with my family. This is a very family friendly place. The restaurant has a great playground near so older kids can play while you watch. Mine had a blast (6+2 years old). The service was great. The food was amazing. We ordered Presto with cheese. A very authentic Swiss meal. The view was spectacular.we had an amazing evening and highly recommend this restaurant.

We had a few things to celebrate and thus booked dinner, including an overnight stay, at one of our favourite places at the top end of our wish-list - Georges Wenger in Le Noirmont. We were not disappointed and had a very pleasant stay. The served wines harmonised perfectly with the different courses. The haute cuisine dishes served were absolutely delicious and were dominated by their appealing and creative appearance. The wide selection of cheese was most impressive, (a soft spot for any cheese lover!) and was accompanied by a glass of port wine. If you decide to stay overnight in one of the individual and beautifully decorated rooms (there are five to choose from,) then you can look forward to a breakfast table filled with homemade bread and jams and lots of tasty trimmings that makes a perfect start to the day.Should you not be a meat lover, do not despair! Inform the restaurant upon booking. You will definitely enjoy having a fine dining experience, too.

It takes a while to drive to La Goule which is lost deep in the beautiful Doubs valley, but it is worth the detour. The food is very good. The trout capriccio is to die for, the mushroom dish tastes fantastic and the fried trouts are excellent, as are the sauces. Also the desserts are very good. It seems that it takes the staff a couple of minutes to break the (their) ice when you come in, which is a bit irritating, but once you have exchanged a few words (or hand gestures if you don't speak French) they are friendly and helpful.
