Been visiting Lech for the last 12 years. We always stop in for lunch at the Bergkristall. We are always a big group and this year was no exception. We had lunch there twice on this trip, both times with more than 10 people. As usual food and service was excellent. We always sit inside and enjoy the great view and ambience. The meat and fish are both delicious and we always look forward to going back. It's very expensive, however the quality and atmosphere is definitely worth it. We will be back in 2018 for sure.
We were a group of 4 for the 2nd lunch seating and were all thoroughly disappointed. The service was inattentive and slow. We had to wait for a good 20 minutes to even get our menus; an additional 15 minutes passed until we could pass our orders and then some more for waiting for our drinks. The Wiener Schnitzel was fine but the fries were "horrible" (to quote my Belgian husband). For some credit, coffees (which were good) and bill arrived very swiftly but we will not go back to the Bergkristall.
King krab heb je in veel versies maar de krab die ze hier serveren is top. Ook de wijnkaart mag gezien worden.Duur maar outstanding. Klassiekers op zijn allerbest. En daarna met de lift naar beneden of rodelen.
Just off the beaten track you will find this beautiful restaurant in Oberlech serving a great lunch. Started with steak tartare (prepared at the table), followed by the cold sea platter. Where do they get such fresh fish? Also the hamburger and the pastas were enjoyed.Very nice winelist with many, many Austrian wines.Service was good.
Great daily special seafood pasta - I'd go there again just for that. The staff were very accommodating and made our children a simple pomodoro pasta off the menu and a small steak which were both delicious.Like several other reviewers we found the initial greeting a little cool so something they might want to work on. However, the head waiter was extremely courteous and polite and warmed up as the evening progressed while the waitress who helped us choose our wine was an absolute gem.
A very beautiful hotel with perfect location to the slopes and sun. Unfortunately the staff we met was very slow, rude and the hotel is very unchild friendly.
wir hatten einen perfekten Tisch auf der wunderschönen Sonnenterrasse!die Mitarbeiter alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Sonderwünsche - wie alle Speisen "ohne Gewürze" kein Probelm!!!! selbstverständlich!!!!die Schnecken als Vorspeise - ein Traum!das Entrecote unvergesslich gut!einfach ein perfekter Nachmittag bei netten Leuten und gutem Essen - Danke!!!
Have been their with my family and booked a table for 6.30pm. We wanted to have a good night out and started nicely with champagne. But when the kids got tired and we waited for the main course for 2h everybody was completely unhappy. We asked several times but didn't even get an answer. Result, everybody annoyed, ruined but expensive evening.Good communication would have helped so much.
