we have been there more often .good bourgeois cuisine,very great selection of food.The food comes quicklythe personal is friendly.The restaurant is already a bit older and original very clean for it.You feel as hospitable.The prices I also find in order.Mir and my family like it there-:)
service was ok, the ordered menu could not withstand my expectation. meat was fried although my order was different.
my conclusion is unfortunately clear and clear: I was with colleagues at lunch in the city mill: price performance not appropriate, convenience dominates the map and the atmosphere is very rustic. perhaps for one or other pupils than Dönerbuden replacement in order. otherwise I have to guess. a pity from the large sun terrace you could get out more.

readtal is basically a city. but still, readingtal has somehow retained village character, and this reflects in the restaurant stadtmühle. simple, simple, uncomplicated, well-known, the kitchen is presented, and the service is as at the neighboring side. almost like at home. and homely, the evening goes to sleep, in the city mill you feel well-resolved.
It is seemingly difficult to find in this very scenic locality a place where you might have arrived at 14h...!And it is finally at this typical and traditional Swiss restaurant that at our almost great astonishment and while the room was empty of any guest seen the time, a very charming lady cordially invited us to settle in a nice setting! a card certainly because of the limited time but what to satisfy our hunger very well with for the occasion a good and copyful plate of various charcuterie and as many salads of first freshness! I also emphasize the excellent outfit of this establishment in the well-known Helvetic spirit!And again bravo to this hyper smiling and so thoughtful lady who was all to our attention (she even ran after me on the street to give me my forgotten hat on a chair...and I still make her a big kiss in thanks!)
in the city mill readingtal you eat very well and this at an absolutely fair price. you are also always kindly served. a great restaurant that you can visit regularly.
the dishes offered its really excellent and very well prepared. Correct prices. the service leaves a little to be desired and on Sunday at noon it is a mini card that is proposed, damage because the complete card is excellent (I have already eaten in the evening in this establishment several times)
