with the surrounding gastronomics a small village market for young and old was organized. great dishes from bernadette’s kitchen and the mitgastronomen could be fed. as always convinced bernadette’s kitchen from a to z. we are coming back
we were received very nicely by frau lisibach and felt very comfortable in the bright gaststube. great wine recommendations, and eating was exquisite! the prices are at the upper limit, yet we come back! :-)

we enjoyed a first-class fishmenue yesterday with various excellent weeps. service and consulting by chefin personally designed to a high point. we were thrilled and like to come back.
the reception was warm and we immediately feel comfortable.We were able to enjoy the apéro outside and then we went to the restaurant. the selection is clear but it is possible to combine the different menus. seasonal dishes from the region are offered and cooked at high level and prepared. every other gang surpassed the previous one, which is almost impossible. eating was just top class. the staff is very friendly and accommodating but not intrusive.We thank them for a very beautiful and unforgettable evening.
we like to enjoy a nice menu in a very good restaurant. this time, the choice fell on the new flowering and we didn't have to regret it. we have chosen the flower shop menu as a four-legged one, which has been hailed by two amuse guules. perfectly prepared food, perfect service and a very good bottle from pauillac led to a successful evening. we had a longer chat with bernadette lisibach which rounded off the evening.
really unique. have already eaten in many good restaurants - the new blumenau is one of the best.What specifically I find the concept that there are only 3 menus and the whole table is to agree on one of them. as always, we have not regretted it all. and individual dishes can also be exchanged.Amuse bouches and surprising intercourses there is up, yet you do not feel overly at the end.Very balanced and sensitively flavored.
we enjoyed a beautiful silvester evening at bernadette lisibach and her team. you feel immediately welcome and will even be greeted and approved personally. the silvester menu was incredibly delicious. nine and we would have ordered everything twice. the oyster with Asian vinaigrette, the duck liver terrine with evente and my personal favorit. the lukewarm Canadian lobster with spicy emulsion and citrus fruits was a dream! the weeping line was excellent and the service excellent. very competent, pleasant and natural. considering how small the team of the new flower shop is and what they all do. great respect for it! you should not forget the big wall behind it.*D a n k e* for the beautiful evening.
