What an incredible dinning experience this evening. The lobster bisque was amazing. I had the lamb, not only a beautiful presentation but the freshness of the dish could not get enough. Eight of us were here for dinner, coming back again tomorrow night. Service was friendly, accommodating and on point. Bravo Old Swiss House.
The Old Swiss House has a top notch of everything from soup, main, and dessert. Lobster bisque is intense and aromatic. Schnitzels cooked with pure butter, cheese and breadcrumbs are un beatable. Veal is juicy and moist. Top of everything I love the dessert, chocolate mousse is rich and smooth. Staff is so good, they are so attentive and friendly. My dining experience is unforgettable.

on our first visit to this restaurant we were very happy with the food, service, atmosphere and ambiance. most of all we were impressed by the 400gr. butter chunk in which the 2 Schnizels we ordered ,were prepared. these Schnizels are unique and the best in the world. but i am not sure they are best for yr health. everything else we ordered was first class, very tasty,well prepared and beautifully presented. so we decided to come back a couple of days later, for a second round. also the second time around went well and to our complete satisfaction. till we ordered for the dessdert their speciality "crepe suzette". it was beautifully prepared in front of us, but when we tasted it, it was terrible. we almost got sick. by mistake they used salt instead of suger. this ended our celebrations with this restaurant.
Incredible delectable sensational unbelievable, simply the best schnitzel in the entire world! I honestly believe that this is true! Made for you at table and served with noodles useing the bread crumbs that remaind with the huge amount of butter that is used to cook it in.The cuisine here is truly outstanding!!! The wine list as well very seriously thought out and extremely diverse. One of my most favorite restaurants anywhere in the world and an absolute must if one visits Lucerne.The owner Philip and his mother as well as all the staff could not be more charming and accommodating.
맛있는 음식, 고풍스러운 분위기, 엄청나게 많이 다녀간 유명인사들직원 서비스는 조금 아쉽지만 음식으로 모든 것을 보완 가능
주말엔 예약 필수, 내부가 고풍스러운데 주말인데 예약을 안해서 밖에서 식사를 해야 한 점이 아쉬웠다. 가격은 비싼 편이지만 옆에서 직접 조리를 해주고 음식을 경험한다는 측면에서는 의미가 있다고 생각한다.
메인메뉴의 가격대가 50~60프랑 정도로 전반적인 가격대는 높으나 그이상으로 만족도가 높았던 식당입니다. 즉석에서 버터로 튀기는 슈니첼과 송아지고기와 크림소스가 곁들여진 뢰스티 요리가 훌륭했습니다. 직원들, 특히 매니저로 보이는 분들이 매우 친철하네요. 인기가 많은 식당이라 예약을 하고 가는 것을 권하나 예약없이 식사가 불가능하지는 않습니다.
