Das Ambiente ist toll. Meine Ente Szechuan war sehr schmackhaft und fein! Dazu wurde noch ein duftender, guter Jasminreis serviert. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das einzige was mich hier ein bisschen gestört hat, sind die hohen Preise. Leider typisch für die meisten Restaurants, die in der Altstadt von Luzern liegen.
This is Chinese fine dining with tablecloths, charming decor, good food, and prices to match. I've never found a find dining Chinese restaurant in the U.S. so this is a treat. We had sweet and sour fish, braised eggplant, and a delicious salad with an unusual dressing. And good rice. After lots of heavy Swiss food, this is a nice change.
Has the best Chinese food in town. Food is delicious, tasty and good value for money. Unfortunately, the service was a bit disappointing. Other than that, overall experience was OK.
The deco is elegant, dishes were tasty but it's very pricey. It's location is not easy to find. Overall the value is not worthwhile.
while wandering around Lucerne looking for a local place to eat we came across this adorable Chinese restaurant. so we took a chance. the service was excellent. and the food was great. first they came out with hot plates to put your food on so it won't get cold. how cool is that. we were sitting outside under umbrellas. the waiter explained the dishes to us prior to ordering. my grandchildren also enjoyed the food which is also a wonderful testament to the food. teenagers always have something negative to say about something. HAHA..
We recieved a free dessert in case of changing to a new table 1m beside. price is absolutley fair for the fresh food.
Soups are small and can go one for one, can't split.Starters are excellent but very slow. By the time they come your soup is twice finished.Wine on the glass are good and have few options also. Very pocket friendly. I didn't try exotic bottles and h mc can't comment but they have quite a list.Main course comes with sticky rice and they will not convert that to fried rice or noodles. But one should try their fried rice and noodles, they are really good. Your have to decide to fore go the sticky rice. It will be worth the sacrifice.I am told this is the first Chinese Restuarant in Lucerne and decor also looks like that, but very well maintained. One should try for sure.
Entering the restaurant you just cant ignore a strong oily smell, that haunts you throughout the meal. The staff were really nice, but the food took a long time to come out, and when it finally came it was cold and oily. The price was above average for most of the chinese restaurants around and the quaility and quantity was poor. Dont waste your time or money here, just not worth it
