in the bar in the hotel and in the atmosphere it was amazing. we had all cocktails that came with a snack of olive and nuts. there was also live music a woman who played and sang the saxophone. was a lovely evening. not to mention the stunning outsight!
the view of this hotel is the best I ever had from a hotel room, and we loved the cable car that brings us to the city. we really enjoyed the free breakfast too. because there is no air conditioning in the rooms (only one ventilator) and we arrived in juli, it was about 30C/86F in our room at any time - but it seems that most hotels in luzern have no air conditioning, so we do not knock off a star.
honestly surprised that this hotel is no longer known or as an option on websites that rate hotels. this place is incredible. the interior design suggests that the prospects are for to die (kill for?
they can not beat the lookout of this amazing hotel! the bar was great and the staff was friendly. they lose a star because the restaurant was extremely overpriced, so they enjoy the breakfast there in the morning then they find their dinner somewhere different and they will be in order. we recommend to stay here especially during the week to avoid some crowds.
Best place ever…amazing, wonderful, magical, there is no word can describe it!!! I had the best experience ever… peaceful period of time… friendly staff, kind and helpful we enjoyed every single moment… so sad to leave this paradise and definitely I will come back again breakfast was so delicious with a breathtaking view thanks for everything
The business lunch was delicious, accompanied with a glass of wine. The view down to the city of Lucerne is just amazing. The waitress was friendly and helpful.
